2020 was a year of change. Covid-19 restrictions led to ticket cancellations, exchanges, and refunds. ASAP Tickets doubled the number of customer support specialists and trained all their agents to deal with ticket exchange requests to adapt to the new market environment brought on by the pandemic.

The ASAP Tickets Vacations project was launched to offer customers better bundle deals. Also, 2 new agent training centers were created in India and Egypt.
2018
More than 280 000 travelers booked flights with ASAP Tickets in 2018. As a result, more awards were received from airlines like Philippine Airlines, China Airlines, Latam Airlines, Eva Air.

To assist the Spanish-speaking customers, ASAP Tickets Español brand was launched, and when combined, the total number of ASAP Tickets live agents reached 850.
