Due to the fallout of the coronavirus (COVID-19) we are experiencing very high volume of calls with very long waiting times. If you wish to cancel your booking you can use the following automated process.
Many airlines have policies in place that allow us to cancel your ticket, if your travel is imminent and involves the affected areas, and reschedule it free of charge. You do not have to decide immediately when you want to travel; instead, you can call us once you make up your mind about your future plans. Once you submit your request you will get a confirmation with instructions how to proceed further. We thank you for your cooperation as this allows us to help customers that have an immediate need to travel. Please note that at this point we are able to cancel mostly those tickets with travel dates in March and April 2020. If your travel is beyond these dates you are welcome to submit your request anyway and we will respond with your options.
