I was very pleased with the service of Icelandair. Everything went smoothly. Business class is comparable with US domestic business class and not as comfortable as other international carrier. I do not mind paying a little bit more if I get a better seat especially the night flight. I am very, very pleased with ITN and I will definitely use it again in the future. Another trip in Europe in October perhaps. Thank you again.

We were extremely happy with our trip -We flew around once we got to Thailand as well, so all together we boarded 9 planes in 13 days. The flights left and arrived on time , we had enough time in between flights to get where we needed to go to catch our next flight, the meals were delicious, the movies offered on the long flight were recent with many choices, and no lost luggage or luggage to wait for.
